The day started off great ... Kent and Pam were visiting from Redlands, and my shower started at 10:30. It was really hot in the house where the party was, thus the shiny face. But anyway, pretty cake!

Then this afternoon, we headed over to pick up our crib and mattress. Ken got it mostly assembled before I got home from returning mom's Sequoia. He was cussing the person who wrote the assembly instructions, so I'm not sure if that smile is real or not...
I'll have to get the wide angle lens to really capture the room, but for now, here's one corner.
